Terms Of Service
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and understood the following Terms of Service.

⫷Ordering and Payment⫸
- You will need to fill out a commission form found here (click me).- If, for any reason, I have not responded to your form within 7 days, please DM me on Instagram or contact me via email.- I will start working on your commission once I receive full or half payment. Once the finalised sketch is done, I'll need the remaining balance to be paid to progress.- If I don't receive the remaining payment within 7 days without a reason, I'll put you on hold for a month before refunding.- Payment will be made through PayPal invoice only. I will need your email to send the invoice once the commission is approved.- Payment and prices are all in GBP.- Once the commission is accepted, the price is fixed and non-negotiable.- I reserve the right to refuse a commission.- By commissioning me, you approve of me using your commission as an example and give me full permission to post it on any of my social media pages. If you do not wish for me to do so, please let me know!
⫷Refunds⫸
- I do not issue refunds once the commission has been approved.- If you are not satisfied with the commission, I can make some adjustments.- I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time and under any circumstances where I feel uncomfortable (e.g., if the client is rude or insists the commission be completed within a certain time frame).
⫷Usage of the Commission⫸
- I reserve all rights to my work, including using it for my portfolio, social media, and other purposes.- If you wish to post your finished commission anywhere, please credit me properly using my handle @asherfox502 in the description of the post. The commissioner may not claim my work as their own.- You are welcome to ask me for a watermarked version of the drawing if you wish to post it publicly.- You are NOT allowed to make modifications to my work (such as tracing, recolouring, or adding new elements) without permission. If I agree, please credit me and state that modifications were made.- You are NOT allowed to feed my work to any kind of AI or use my work for NFTs.- You are NOT allowed to sell, reproduce, or distribute my artwork in any form.
⫷Notes When Commissioning Me⫸
- Commissions will be sent as a PNG file or GIF file by default, but if you would like me to export it as JPG, MP4, or APNG, feel free to ask.- Please do not request that I draw in a style that is not my own (to avoid drama and copyright issues).- What to expect once I receive your form: I will contact you by email throughout the commission process. You are welcome to email me at any point for additional information or updates.- If your character has complex details, there may be an additional charge. More information can be found under commission prices.- The password for the commission form is: Foxesarecool!- Please provide me with a clear reference of your character. If you do not have a single reference, provide as many drawings and rotations as possible. Please do NOT send me any suggestive or NSFW references.- Make sure you have permission to use any characters/materials you provide to me, as I am not responsible for conducting background checks on them.- I reserve the right to update my Terms of Service at any time.- Please do not start casual conversations with me or rush me during the commission process.- I may decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable with the materials provided (e.g. AI images as a character reference).
